As we step into 2025, we have some wonderful news to share!
Our CEO, has been awarded an MBE for services to the Hospitality Sector in His Majesty The King’s New Year Honours List 2025.
This is deserved recognition of Bill’s illustrious career and his outstanding contribution to the hospitality industry, and we couldn’t be prouder.
Bill embodies hospitality in his energetic and inimitable style, from his dedication to pushing the boundaries of foodservice to give clients and customers exceptional food, drink and service experiences, to his unbounding entrepreneurial spirit that has seen him realise huge growth in leadership roles throughout his career, and especially with CH&CO which has grown impressively over the past decade. Bill is also a fantastic champion of hospitality and has given back over the years through his proactive involvement with industry associations, his commitment to nurturing talent and promoting hospitality careers, and his support of hospitality charities, including Hospitality Action, Springboard and the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (to name just a few!).
On hearing the news, Bill said: “I’m shocked but incredibly honoured to have received an MBE. What a fantastic way to end what’s been a monumental year!
“The hospitality industry is a very special sector that offers unbound opportunities to so many people. I’ve enjoyed a fantastic career, and I must thank everyone that has contributed along the way, from colleagues and industry friends to the clients and partners, who have enabled me to realise my ambitions, and to the industry associations and charities that do such an incredible job in supporting everyone within our sector.
“Last but by no means least, I thank my wife and family for their unwavering support, and I look forward to celebrating with them.”
