Our Chefs Academy comprises three levels of accreditation Bronze ‘Exporing taste’ Silver, ‘Developing taste’ and Gold ‘Chef’s Table’. This academy pathway is open to all chefs across CH&CO.
All of our chefs are encouraged to complete our Chefs Nutrition Course. Developed in partnership with our consultant nutritionist Amanda Ursell this is a practical framework to help CH&CO chefs understand their own nutrition and how they can improve that of our customers through considered menu development.
