Our Chefs Council draws chefs from all over CH&CO. The purpose is to meet, eat and share techniques, trends and ideas which all then go into the development pot to be shared with sites across the group.

The Kitchen’s online platform is open to all chefs and operators across CH&CO. It’s a one stop shop for info on suppliers, recipes, food concepts and the latest trends.

Whether it’s Workplaces or Weddings our chef developers are looking for ways to harness the best ingredients to excite our customers. From Bao buns to Burger buns all of our chefs have access to the recipes and marketing collateral to bring them to life.
